Welcome to Intense Energy!!
Intense Energy is a company that provides dance, gymnastics, flexibility, and tumbling to kids and adults from all walks of life. Here at Intense Energy, you will learn how to work together, build skills, get better at spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination all while building the confidence to do so.
Our Dance & Gymnastics teams are performance based and meets twice a week. Registration fee is $135 upon sign-up, with $60 monthly dues each month after to follow.
We also offer drop-in classes and private lessons. Follow us on our socials!
Meet The Owner
Coach Riah
Hi, I'm Coach Riah! CEO & Founder of Intense Energy. I am a Certified FitMiss Hip-Hop Instructor and a 2x NBA dancer for the Detroit Pistons!!
I have about 19 years of dance experience and over 13 years of teaching experience. I taught dance and gymnastics at The Boys & Girls Club of SouthEastern Michigan for 3 years, I currently teach gymnastics to Royal Rhythm dance academy, & I also teach and run the dance club program at Detroit Enterprise Academy. I am so grateful to have finally created a teaching foundation of my own.
