Welcome to Intense Energy!!
Intense Energy is a company that provides dance, gymnastics, flexibility, and tumbling to kids and adults from all walks of life. Here at Intense Energy, you will learn how to work together, build skills, get better at spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination all while building the confidence to do so.
Our Dance & Gymnastics teams are performance based and meets twice a week. Registration fee is $125 upon sign-up, with $50 monthly dues each month after to follow.
We also offer drop-in classes and private lessons. Follow us on our socials!
